Return Policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 7 days.
Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

Exchange policy

1. Email service@wigonly.com within 7 days after receiving your package to make an application of exchange. Emails received after 7 days will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 24 hours.
2. Please email us with photo of the hair for our reference.
3. We can offer one time exchange without restocking fee for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. But the customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item for free.
4. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

5. Rush Exchange:

-You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back.
-Place a new order online ,we will send your new purchase after payment received
-When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has delay.

1.Every customer can enjoy one time free repairing service within after-sale three months.
2.If more than three months,pls contact us for complex repair service.
3.Before returning the wig pls contact our customer service first to make sure it can be repaired.
4.It needs 30-36 business days for repairing.
5.You are responsible for the returning shipping charge.
